By downloading, accessing, or using SpeakAccent, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use SpeakAccent on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the rules of the store where you downloaded the app.
Service
SpeakAccent provides language-learning tools based on podcast discovery, playback, transcription, translation, shadowing, and study review.
Free and Premium features
SpeakAccent may offer a free plan and optional Premium subscriptions. Free and Premium feature limits can change over time, but pricing and subscription terms will be shown before purchase.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions may be sold on the website and through the App Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
- App Store subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple.
- Web subscriptions are billed and managed by the web payment provider shown at checkout.
- Cancellation stops future renewals. Access may remain available until the paid period ends.
User Content
You are responsible for recordings, saved phrases, notes, feedback, and other content you create or submit. Do not use SpeakAccent to create, upload, or share illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing content.
Third-party podcasts and services
SpeakAccent helps you find and play podcasts published by third parties. We do not own, host, or control those podcasts, RSS feeds, artwork, show notes, or audio files. The rights to podcast content belong to their respective owners.
Learning results
Transcriptions, translations, pronunciation highlights, levels, and study schedules are learning aids. They can contain errors and should not be treated as certified linguistic assessment or professional advice.
Feedback and suggestions
If you send us ideas, suggestions, votes, or bug reports, you allow us to use them to improve SpeakAccent without obligation to compensate you.
No warranties
SpeakAccent is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free transcripts, complete podcast availability, or that every feature will work with every podcast.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpeakAccent will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the current version.
