How do I add a podcast?
Search from the library or discovery screen, or paste a podcast RSS URL when that option is available. You can follow a podcast to keep it in your library.
Why is a transcript not available yet?
Some episodes need to be downloaded and analyzed before the transcript appears. Very long files, unsupported audio, network interruptions, or unavailable podcast files can prevent transcription.
Can I use SpeakAccent like a normal podcast player?
Yes. You can listen without opening the transcript. SpeakAccent also remembers episode progress so you can continue later.
What is shadowing?
Shadowing lets you listen to a real phrase, record yourself repeating it, compare your attempt with the original, and save useful phrases for spaced repetition.
How do I manage or cancel Premium?
If you subscribed through the App Store, manage it from iOS Settings, your Apple ID, then Subscriptions. If you subscribed on the website, use the payment provider's customer portal or contact us.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open the app settings and use Restore Purchases when App Store subscriptions are available.
How do I request data deletion?
Email hello@speakaccent.com from the address linked to your account or launch-list signup and ask for deletion.
